How Do Downloadable Products Work?

Delivery

After you place your order for a Downloadable version of one of our products, 2 emails will be sent to you. The first is your receipt, and the second contains your custom download link. Follow the link, and you will be presented with a web page listing a download link for each of the products you ordered. Depending on the set up of your computer, you may need to click or right click to save the files to your hard drive. Please see the note below if you wish to purchase a download using a mobile devise.

A note about using Downloads with mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)

All downloadable Vocal Coach Products use standard zip, mp3, and pdf file formats and can be opened, read, or played on most modern computers and mobile devices. However many mobile devices such as the iPad and iPhone, do not have a native file system, so downloading and opening the zip file is not natively supported. There are apps available that will let you download and open zip files, but we don’t have a recommendation for that. Our recommendation is that you download the files to your computer and then transfer the mp3s to your device in whatever manner you are accustomed to.

Listening to MP3 Versions of Vocal Coach Products

All MP3 versions of our products are delivered as a zip file for reliable download. Zip files should open under current Mac or Windows versions without any additional software. The zip file contains individual MP3s for each of the tracks from the CD. These are high quality MP3s and so the download is rather large. Please be aware that you will need a high speed internet connection.

The MP3s are compatible with any standard hardware or software mp3 audio player. We recommend iTunes player which is available for Mac and Windows.

Shipping / Delivery Information:

Physical Products:

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the day the order is placed. Please allow up to 3 days on top of the typical shipping time of your chosen shipping method.

Downloadable Products:

The downloadable Vocal Coach Product comes as a zip file full of high quality mp3s. The files sizes are rather large. It is recommended that you you not purchase downloadable products unless you have a high speed internet connection and experience using .zip and .mp3 files. Downloadable products are delivered as a download link in an email within 2 hours after your order is placed.

Refund and Return Policies:

Our rights and our obligations with regard to the return of any products are exclusively governed by the express terms of this policy.

Downloadable Purchases:

Due to the nature of virtual products such as the downloadable files we offer for sale, we can only offer limited support and we can not offer a refund or exchange for their purchase. Please assure that you meet any and all system requirements before making your purchase.
If you are having trouble with your download, or if you have not received a download link within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service by emailing customerservice@rede-commerce.com. We will do everything we can to help.

Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that has any manufacturing defects or signs of damage, please report the problem to us immediately. We stand behind our products, and will happily exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. All defective merchandise must be reported within five (5) days of delivery by e-mail. We will give you detailed step-by-step instructions on completing an exchange or return. All returns of defective merchandise must be accompanied with the original invoice and a brief explanation of the problem. Full refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you don’t have the original invoice, we will gladly make an exchange or issue merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for us to receive and process returns/exchanges.

Exchange or Return Policy:

If you would like to exchange your order for any other reason, or return any products you are unsatisfied with for a refund (minus applicable shipping charges), please contact us by e-mail to receive complete step-by-step instructions. You will be responsible for return postage costs, and if exchanging a product, responsible for shipping charges for the replacement item. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. We recommend you use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation services or another package carrier that provides proof of delivery. Apparel items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, as well as other items not in their original packaging, cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Returns or exchanges must be done within thirty (30) days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a brief explanation of the problem. Full refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you don’t have the original invoice, we’ll gladly make an exchange or issue merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for us to receive and process returns/exchanges.
